Herr General, our postponement of our invasion of Norway proved most fruitful. As our intelligence believed, the British did invade in order to cut off the shipments of Swedish iron ore through Norway to us. As a result Norway and Sweden are now co-belligerents with us, though not allies. The Norse and Swedes have proved much tougher than the British expected, especially with the support of our Luftwaffe. The British have been halted and forced back to the vicinity of the port of Narvik. Now the time has come to drive the British from Norway.
